Frequently asked questions
Which file formats do you accept?
STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG and PDF. If all you have is the physical part, a photograph with the main dimensions is enough for a first estimate.
Do you make one-off parts or only production runs?
Both. A prototype or a single replacement part goes through the same process as a production run.
How long does a quote take?
Twenty-four hours for complete drawings. If dimensions or material are missing, we tell you straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
Do you ship outside Portugal?
Yes. We ship across Europe, and transit time is stated in the quote.
